Terms of Service for StitchCraft

These terms explain how subscriptions work, what is allowed on the platform, and the responsibilities that apply when using StitchCraft to manage tailoring operations.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using StitchCraft TMS ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

StitchCraft TMS is a comprehensive tailoring management system that provides tools for client management, order tracking, measurements, analytics, and business operations for tailoring professionals.

3. User Accounts
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • One account per user or business entity
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
4. Subscription and Billing

Subscription Plans

  • Monthly subscription: Ksh 500 per month
  • Annual subscription: Ksh 5,000 per year

Billing Terms

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance
  • Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month
  • Annual subscriptions renew automatically each year
  • You can only upgrade to annual billing upon expiry of your current billing period
  • All fees are non-refundable
5. Refund Policy

NO REFUNDS: All payments are final and non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds for any subscription fees, regardless of usage or circumstances. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Unused portions of subscription periods
  • Dissatisfaction with the service
  • Technical issues or downtime
  • Changes in business needs
  • Accidental purchases
6. Cancellation
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You will retain access to the service until the end of your paid period
  • No refunds will be provided for the remaining subscription period
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation for potential reactivation
7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to hack the system
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
8. Data and Privacy
  • You retain ownership of all data you input into the system
  • We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data
  • Our data practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy
  • You are responsible for maintaining backups of your important data
  • We may access your data only as necessary to provide support or maintain the service
9. Service Availability
  • We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
  • We are not liable for any losses due to service interruptions
  • Service levels may vary during peak usage periods
10. Limitation of Liability

StitchCraft TMS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

  • Violation of these Terms of Service
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Abuse of the service or other users

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data after a 30-day grace period.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
